Store Manager I - Follett Campus Bookstore (Lincoln University of Missouri)

Description: We are looking for a results-driven Retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management at the college's campus bookstore. This position executes and provides leadership and oversight for all facets of bookstore operations including hiring, training, supervising, developing, and motivating of managers, supervisors, and team members; preparing and executing store operating plans; establishing and enhancing strong campus relations; guiding course materials activities; maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the store; delivering on General Merchandise expectations; demonstrating expert-level knowledge of Follett systems and strategies; and completing other necessary store activities as needed.

Director, Multicultural Programs - Missouri State University

Description: The Director, Multicultural Programs provides leadership and support for the establishment and achievement of retention initiatives, develops programs that serve the needs of diverse student populations, and promotes academic enhancement efforts in support of the mission of the University. Responsibilities include program development and oversight of initiatives to promote inclusivity between groups on campus, history and cultural programs, and special pipeline programs and education projects. The Director, Multicultural Programs provides direction and input into student leadership development activities as needed, promotes cultural awareness by coordinating the educational series associated with history and cultural activities and ethnic heritage months, i.e., African American Heritage Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Native American Heritage Month, Asian American Heritage Month, and LGBTQ+ History Month. The Director, Multicultural Programs provides general coordination and leadership of the activities and services of the Multicultural Resource Center (MRC), the MRC Annex, the LGBTQ+ Resource Center, and other events designed to bring groups and individuals together.

Vice President, Administration & Finance - Lincoln University of Missouri

Description: The VP of Administration and Finance is responsible for the development and implementation of the University's financial management strategy and organizational goals and objectives. The VP of Administration and Finance serves as an integral member of the senior management team by providing accounting, budgetary, operational, and programmatic support by establishing principles, practices, and procedures for all Finance, Accounting, and Compliance activities to develop policies to positively impact financial stability and manage risk.
Provides executive-level direction and oversight of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, information technology services, payroll administration, accounting, business operations, financial controls, reporting, campus maintenance, risk management, property insurance, space planning, construction, facilities, grounds operations, purchasing, and contracts. Chairs the budget committee and is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning and direction to ensure University resources are utilized to facilitate and support the University's strategic goals and objectives. Gathers, collates and analyzes critical data pertaining to the financial operations of the University to accurately and timely report necessary financial information to the President and Board of Curators.
