The Missouri Diversity Officers in Higher Education chapter of NADOHE exists to strengthen the common goal of inclusive excellence in higher education and the K-12 systems on a local and state level.

To lead every level of the educational systems in the state of Missouri toward inclusive excellence through institutional transformation

MISSION

MODOHE serves as the preeminent voice for diversity officers in higher education and K - 12 in the state of Missouri by supporting our collective efforts to lead our institutions toward the attainment of the following goals:

• Produce and disseminate empirical evidence through research to inform diversity initiatives

• Identify and circulate exemplary practices

• Provide professional development for current and aspiring diversity officers

• Inform and influence national, state and local policies

• Create and foster networking opportunities
